How do I clean my product?

Our meditation cushions and mats, and our yoga bolsters all have a hidden zipper under the handle. This allows you to easily open your product to remove the organic spelled ball (or the recycled fabric in the case of Zabuton) and wash it by hand or in the machine (30°C maximum).

How do I clean my pillow?

Our pillows all have a zipper. This allows you to easily open your pillow to remove the organic spelled ball and wash it by hand or in the machine (30°C maximum).

The hot water bottles are made in Toulouse by Mariska and Mélanie, our artisan seamstresses.

How do I clean my hot water bottle?

Simply carefully remove the fabric "chimney" tucked under the branded label and use the opening to empty the filling. Place the filling in a container. Wash the hot water bottle fabric (30°). After the fabric has dried, replace the trim using the chimney; then put it back in its place under the brand label. Demonstration video on our website www.owai.fr

How do I use my promo code?

Can I exchange or return a product that I don't like?

Yes, it is possible as long as the product is returned new and without any damage. The return costs are your responsibility. Please note: custom-made yoga mats and personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

ÕWAÏ was born from the desire to manufacture better.


This desire has therefore pushed us to think about all of our manufacturing processes in such a way as to reduce their ecological impact as much as possible.


But we went further, by producing artisanally in France and ensuring that we fairly compensate everyone who takes part in our fantastic adventure.


Adopting ÕWAÏ therefore means making three choices: made in France, craftsmanship and ecology.
