How do I clean my product?

Our meditation cushions and mats, and our yoga bolsters all have a hidden zipper under the handle. This allows you to easily open your product to take out the organic spelt ball (or the recycled fabric in the case of the Zabuton) and wash it by hand or in the washing machine (30°C maximum).

The top fabric of your yoga mat is coated cotton, which allows it to be easily cleaned with a damp, slightly soapy sponge.

How do I clean my pillow?

Our pillows are all equipped with a zipper. This allows you to easily open your pillow to take out the organic spelt husk and wash it by hand or in the machine (30°C maximum).

The hot water bottles are made in Toulouse by Mariska and Mélanie, our artisan seamstresses.

How do I clean my hot water bottle?

All you have to do is carefully remove the fabric "chimney" slipped under the brand label and use the opening to empty the filling. Place the filling in a container. Wash the hot water bottle fabric (30°). After the fabric has dried, replace the filling using the chimney; then put it back in its place under the brand label. How do I use my promo code?

After selecting your products, go to your shopping cart. Under the total amount of your order you will find the line "Do you have a promo code?": click on "Enter it here" then on "Apply" once you have entered it.

Can I exchange or return a product that I don't like?

Yes, it is possible as long as the product is returned new and without any damage. The return costs will be at your expense. Please note: custom-made yoga mats and personalized creations are neither returned nor exchanged.

When your order is sent via Colissimo or DPD, you will receive a tracking code from the carrier.

ÕWAÏ was born from the desire to manufacture better.


This desire has therefore pushed us to think about all of our manufacturing processes in such a way as to reduce their ecological impact as much as possible.


But we went further, by producing in France using traditional methods and ensuring that we fairly compensate all those who participate in our fantastic adventure.


Adopting ÕWAÏ therefore means making three choices: made in France, craftsmanship and ecology.
